The Brandhall Gold Vase 2022 - individuals Rules

Only amateur male members of Golf Clubs affiliated to Worcestershire County Golf Ltd with an individual handicap index of 12.4 or better may be entered. HI's will be those that are current on WHS at the time of entry closure. Players can only represent the club which is their ‘Home Club’ for WHS Handicap purposes. The competition shall be played in accordance with Worcestershire County Golf's Terms of General Competitions - see County Website. The Brandhall Gold Vase will be awarded to the club with the best aggregate nett score. The INDIVIDUAL PLAYER with the best nett score will be awarded THE EGU CENTENARY SALVER. In the event of a tie for The Brandhall Gold Vase the winning team shall be decided by comparing the combined nett score of the clubs' four counting players over the last 9, 6, 3, and 1 holes, in that order. If that does not resolve the tie, then the aggregate nett scores of all five players will be compared on the same basis. In the event of a tie for the EGU Centenary Salver, the prize will be awarded to the player with the better or best nett score over the last 9, 6, 3and 1 holes. Entry forms (including players names) must have been received by 2359hrs 30 June 2022, after which a draw sheet showing start times using 5 flights will be made available on the County website. Changes to players or start times must be communicated to the County Secretary; clubs cannot have more than one player in each flight. Players must not exchange times without informing the County Secretary.
