Senior Fourball Championship Rules

Only amateur male members aged 55 or over on the day of the competition may enter. Both players must have a Worcestershire Club as their “Home” Club for WHS handicap purposes. Pairings do not have to come from the same club. The maximum aggregate combined handicap index for a pair to enter is 40.0.
The competition shall be played in accordance with Worcestershire County Golf's General Terms of Competitions - see County Website.
The John Wharrad Claret Jugs will be won by the pair with the best Gross Score. The Aberdovey Salvers will be won by the pair with the best Nett Score. There will be other gross and nett prizes.
In the event of a tie for the John Wharrad Claret Jugs the winners shall be decided by a “sudden death” playoff over selected holes. In the event of a tie for The Aberdovey Salvers the pair with the better or best score over the last 9, 6, 3 or final hole will be declared the winners.
