About The WUGC

The Union was formed on the 17th November 1905 at the Star Hotel, Worcester and is the fourth oldest County Union in England.

Grenville Rose, our President, welcomes you to this wonderful golfing County, which has 33 clubs. They are a diverse mixture of private, corporate and public courses. This website features all our clubs and their details so that you can easily make contact, whether you are a complete beginner, visitor or established player.

COUNTY SIX RESULTS  Adam Norman, County Captain, led the way as the team recovered well to finish in 6th place at the EG Midland Qualifier at Robin Hood G.C. 24.6.17 Click here for all results 

Oliver Farrell wins County Championship at Hagley G&CC

Oliver Farrell (Evesham GC) successfully defended his County Championship Title at Hagley G&CC, after winning at Worcester G&CC in 2016.

Kieron Austin (Stourbridge GC) won the Philip Padmore Nett trophy.

Junior Order of Merit

Details of the 2017 Worcestershire Boys Order of Merit, sponsored by Lynx, have just been announced:

Evan Lewis (Bromsgrove GC) last years winner takes an early lead after the first 3 events.

Third win in a row for U18's

A great singles performance led to a 10.5 v 4.5 win for the boys against S&H at Hollywood G.C. on Sunday 25th June. The team now top their league with one match to go. Well done lads and keep it going!
