Worcestershire Brandhall Gold Vase 2024 Rules
Format: 18 Hole strokeplay competition for teams with 4 to count.
Entry is limited to players with a handicap index of 12.4 or less on the day or entry.
On the day of competition course handicaps will be limited to the maximum HI limit for entry.
All clubs affiliated to Worcestershire County Golf Ltd may enter a team.
All team players must have nominated the club they represent as their “Home Club”, for WHS Handicapping purposes.
The Brandhall Gold Vase will be awarded to the club with the best aggregate nett score.
The INDIVIDUAL PLAYER with the best nett score will be awarded THE EGU CENTENARY SALVER.
In the event of a tie for The Brandhall Gold Vase the winning team shall be decided by comparing the combined nett score of the clubs' four counting players by count back.
In the event of a tie for the EGU Centenary Salver, the prize will be awarded to the player with the better or best nett score on countback.
Entry forms (including players names) must have been received by 2359 on Sunday 14 July 2024, after which a draw sheet showing start times using 5 flights will be made available on the County website.
Changes to players or start times must be communicated to the County Secretary; clubs cannot have more than one player in each flight. Players must not exchange times without informing the County Secretary.
The competition shall be played in accordance with Worcestershire County Golf's ‘General Terms of Competitions’ – see County Website.
