Pre-Season at the Astbury
We decided this year to hold the county get together at The Astbury Golf Club,Bridgnorth.
This was the first time the 1st,2nd and Seniors teams had had a joint day and in total
42 players attended.
Before play a number of presentations were held which had to postponed previously due to covid.
Jack Severn (Below) received the Presidents Shield for most points won for the 1st Team in 2021.
John Cullen (Below)received the Chandler Shield for most points won for the 2nd Team in 2021.
Medals were also given to both the 1st and Seniors Teams for both winning their leagues in 2021.
The format for the day was a 2 from 3 for the 1st & 2nd Teams and a 2 from 4 competition for the Seniors.
